All parents should have received a text and email with a unique form for each child at Clinton. CPS sent out the forms with individual student information. If you have multiple children at Clinton you will need to submit a choice for each child by December 7. If you did not receive a text or email, call the school (773-534-2025) and we can enter your choice. We will also double check your information to ensure we have the correct phone number and email address on file.
The options K-8 parents have is to send their children to school to learn in person for 2 days per week beginning on February 1, 2021. If you choose learn in school, your child will come to school from 8:30-3:30 two days per week and learn from home for three days per week. If you choose learn in person you may switch to learn at home any time during the 3rd quarter. The second option for K-8 parents is to have the children continue learn from home for 5 days per week. If you choose to continue learn at home then you cannot switch to learn in person until the 4th quarter. Please know things will change in February as learning from home will be different from remote learning. Teachers will be teaching students in person at school and students at home at the same time. This is called simultaneous teaching. We realize this is a difficult decision for many families. In order to help answer questions, an administrator will be dropping into each homeroom Google Meet this Thursday and Friday to answer questions students or parents may have. Please see the schedule below. Comments are closed.
