Dear Clinton Families, 

It is with immense sadness that we announce the passing of Mr. Jim Mills. As you all know, Mr. Mills was a Clinton alumni and he had been extremely generous towards the staff and students at Clinton Elementary School. His initiatives resulted in positive outcomes for thousands of Clinton students.
