Our Kindergarten and 1st Grade students enjoyed our Field Day at Green Briar Park today! Thanks to all the teachers and parents for making this day so much fun for our students!  It’s time for 7th grade families to complete the first step in the high school application process for school year 2018-19. Our students worked with adults in the Indo-American Center and taught them songs like Clinton Students teaching adult students songs at the Indo-American Center-songs like "This Land is Your Land", "I've Been Working on the Railroad", and "Peas Porridge Hot". It really captures the amazing work that our teachers and students accomplished in our partnership with the Chicago Symphony Orchestra!
Congratulations to 7th graders Sana Nanlawala and Hamsa Farah for winning a red ribbon award for 'excellence' at the state level History Fair on May 4 in Springfield, IL. This was achieved through hard work, determination, and creativity. Take part in this FREE event that features dozens of exciting demonstrations and activities that demonstrate how your brain works!
